One level scoop (≈11 g) daily. Athletes or individuals over 40 sometimes use 1½–2 scoops.
2.2 When should I take it?
Any time that fits your routine; mid‑morning coffee or post‑workout smoothies are popular. Heat‑stable up to 180 °C.
2.3 Does it have a taste or smell?

3.3 Are your capsules/tablets gelatin‑free?
Future lines will use plant‑based Pullulan capsules, unless the active requires soft‑gel technology.
